Íme az angol kín-rím verseny győztese:
Snow-White and the seven dwarves
The queen asked: ‘Mirror, mirror, tell me who
is the prettiest in the neighbourhood!’
‘You are pretty, my queen, yes,
But I think Snow-White is the best!’
The queen is angry: ‘What you say?
I can’t let her alive to stay!’
Snow-White opens the window:
‘Who are you old lady, oh?’
‘Don’t you want some apple to eat?
It’s much healthier than meat!’
‘You are right, old lady, oh,
Just a minute, I open the door!’
‘I give you this beautiful red
You’ll sleep well in your bed!’
‘Thanx’ – said Snow-White and she bit
‘Hm… I think it’s bitter a bit’
A bit later came home the dwarves
And the sight hardly stopped their hearts
They tried to wake her up, yes,
But it wasn’t when September ends
‘Let’s make her a glass coffin
And then have a glass of coffee!’
So they made the glass coffin,
And they cooked some hard coffee.
‘That’s not good, I miss her
She made the best coffee in the world!’
‘Who is this beauty laying here?
I have never seen like this!’
‘Oh, Prince Charming, she’s Snow-White
But unfortunately she is died’
‘Bring her coffin to my palace
And I marry her in Venice!’
During the journey Snow-White woke up, yes,
‘Cause it was when September ends!
So they travelled to the palace
And they soon married in Venice!
